ETPB operation against illegal occupiers,

Under the direction of Arshad Farid Khan, chairman ETPB Board, a full legal operation is underway against illegal occupiers and defaulters across the country. Valuable properties worth billions of rupees have been confiscated. According to the Board’s spokesperson, 1360 Million worth of Land in Sundar area of Lahore 68 kanals recover from illegal occupants. In different areas of Lahore, Bansanwala Bazar, Sarai Ratan Chand commercial properties worth Rs. 20 crores were sealed during operation. While in Model Town, 2 shops were sealed for non-payment. Similarly, in Nankana Sahib, a valuable property worth Rs 25 crores of 2 Kanals and 12 Marlas was taken possession of 622 acres of land worth Rs 1329 Million was also recovered from illegal occupants in Pakpattan. The board’s spokesperson further informed that Rawalpindi office gained the possession of 05 Kanal 12 Marla valuable property worth 2 Billion Rupees. Several shops were sealed during ongoing operation on the properties located at Saddar Road, Raja Bazar, Dilgaran Bazar, Himalton Road.
