RAWALPINDI – DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has delivered a special address to the students participating in the Summer Internship 2025.
Over 6,500 students from thirty three cities across the country are taking part in the ongoing summer internship programme.
Students said that they are proud of armed forces. They said the resolute response given by Pakistan armed forces to India in Operation Bunyan Marsoos will be remembered in history.
Earlier this month, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry had an interactive session with members of civil society of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarabad.
During his visit, Pakistan Army spokesperson had comprehensive Q&A session, providing open platform for dialogue, with discussion focused on regional security, situation along the Line of Control (LoC), and the unwavering commitment of Kashmiris.
Students, professionals and activists who attended dialogue reiterated that “Kashmir is, was, and will remain the jugular vein of Pakistan,” affirming that no force in world can sever historic and emotional bond between Pakistan and Kashmir.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif was lauded for Pakistan Army’s resolute and effective response to Indian aggression. The attendees expressed their deep appreciation for armed forces’ role in safeguarding national sovereignty and the rights of Kashmiris.
In symbolic gesture of unity and cultural pride, the civil society members waved Pakistani and Kashmiri flags and presented DG ISPR with traditional Kashmiri attire, highlighting rich heritage of region.
The visit underscores continued solidarity between the people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, and the Pakistan Army’s commitment to peace, stability, and national integrity.
