Caretaker Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Madad Ali Sindhi has underlined need for strengthening education system to empower youngsters.
He expressed these views during a meeting with vice chancellors of universities in Lahore on Saturday.
The Minister said that a comprehensive policy is being chalked out to improve standards of higher education. He regretted that about twenty million children were out-of-school and there was a dire need to bring them back.
