- Processing Fees: A one-time processing fee applies to all tenures. For most plans, this fee is 50%, except for the 6-month plan, which carries a 5% fee.
- Eligibility: New credit cardholders must wait 3 months from card activation before they are eligible to apply for SBS plans.
- Cancellation: If a customer decides to cancel their installment plan early, a pre-closure penalty of 5% of the remaining amount or 1,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged.
