On the special instructions of Deputy Commissioner South Waziristan Amjad Meraj, Additional Assistant Commissioner Wana Dr.
Sadiq Ali inspected the petrol and diesel pumps in Wana and the scale including rate was also checked.
In which the rates of most of the pumps were found to be Rs 2 higher and the managers of petrol and diesel pumps with higher rates were strictly instructed to maintain the OGRA notified rate and on occasion it was reduced by Rs 2.

Sadiq Ali said that strict action will be taken against the owners of petrol and diesel pumps selling at higher rates and no one will be lenient.
Later, Additional AC Wana told the media that the OGRA notified rate for petrol is Rs.

75 and the OGRA notified rate for diesel is Rs.
