ISLAMABAD – BISP continues to facilitate tens of thousands of beneficiaries in Pakistan and now you can register at mobile vans as the latest campaign makes it easier to register and get payment.
Benazir Income Support Programme BISP’s new nationwide registration campaign starts earlier this month, introducing mobile vans to reach financially vulnerable families across the country to further simplify registration process and ensure that people in hard-to-reach areas can easily sign up for social assistance.
This latest effort is part of BISP’s commitment to expanding its outreach and removing the logistical and financial barriers many face when trying to access welfare services. Mobile vans have trained staff and digital tools to register individuals on-site, ending long-distance travel and cumbersome paperwork.
The operation of these vans varies depending on region. In rural districts, vans are being stationed at accessible locations such as local markets and schools.
BISP Registration
BISP applicants are required to bring their ID Card. Staff members can collect basic information, verify identity through biometric tools, and process the data into the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).
Who Can Register
Low-income families with no regular income source. Households with disabled or chronically ill members.
Marginalized and transgender individuals. Pakistani nationals who not previously registered with BISP

After registration, officials will look into data to determine eligibility. Approved applicants will receive a notification via SMS, followed by instructions for collecting payments and accessing additional services such as educational or health-related aid.
