LAHORE – Following English cricketer David Willey, aggressive opener Jason Roy on Wednesday confirmed his availability for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had previously imposed a ban on its players’ participation in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other franchise leagues due to the domestic season.
However, the cricketers defied their board’s restrictions.
On Tuesday, English fast bowler David Willey announced to join the PSL after rejecting the Indian Premier League (IPL). Now, aggressive opener Jason Roy also registered himself for the players’ draft.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had already confirmed the inclusion of England’s David Willey and Australia’s Usman Khawaja among the foreign players for the draft.
It may be mentioned here that the players’ draft for the 10th edition of the PSL would take place on January 11.
