Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has swung into election mode as its Parliamentary Board for Sindh has started interviewing candidates who are aspired to contest on the party’s ticket in the upcoming general elections to be held on February 8 next year. According to spokesperson Media Cell Bilawal House, an important meeting of the Parliamentary Board was held at Bilawal House.
The meeting was chaired by PPP Women Wing’s Central President Faryal Talpur, while former chief ministers Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Syed Murad Ali Shah, PPP Sindh President Nisar Ahmad Khuhro, senior leader Syed Naveed Qamar, Information Secretary PPP Shazia Atta Marri, PPP Sindh General Secretary Senator Waqar Mehdi, Nasir Hussain Shah, Aajiz Dhamrah, Saeed Ghani, Javed Naguri, Manzoor Hussain Wasan, Mukesh Kumar Chawla, Shagufat Jumani, Senator Taj Haider, Abdul Qadir Patel, Rukhsana Zuberi, Najmi Alam, Noman Shaikh and others participated. During the meeting, interviews were conducted with aspiring candidates from three districts of Karachi Division, Malir, Keamari and District West.
