In Abbottabad Police Station Bagnotar limits Mohar Kalan a 75-year-old Susan John died after falling from the dolly lift while moving out from the lift and skid into ditch. District administration notice of the accident and the chair lift was sealed by the administration and police arrested the lift operator.

Assistant commissioner Galiyat said that SOPs of Dolly Lifts are being strictly implemented and in result of action of district administration on Mohar Kalan incident, Dolly lift has been sealed till further orders as Mst Susan Jan widow Ali Zaman resident of died while she was moving out from the dolly at her destination point.
