Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. Foggy conditions are likely to develop over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during night and morning hours. Frost is likely to occur at isolated places in Pothohar region during morning hours. Temperatures of some major cities recorded on Saturday.

Islamabad five degree centigrade, Lahore ten, Karachi thirteen, Peshawar seven, Quetta minus one, Gilgit minus four, Murree four and Muzaffarbad six degree centigrade. On the orther hand the Regional Meteorological Center Peshawar on Friday predicted that mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most districts of the province, while very cold in hilly areas and upper parts during the next 24 hours. It said that shallow fog in isolated pockets is also likely to occur over Peshawar to Swabi Motorway during late night and morning hours.
