Yasmin visits THQ Kala Bagh, briefed on status of facilities

Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid on Sunday visited Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Kala Bagh.

Special Secretary Development Dr. Farrukh Naveed was present on the occasion. The Health Minister visited different units of the hospital and reviewed health facilities. Medical Superintendent (MS) THQ Kala Bagh apprised the Health Minister of the status of facilities.

The Health Minister said, “We are constantly monitoring quality of care at facilities. The THQ has been made fully functional.

This hospital is going to improve healthcare services for thousands of people.”

Dr. Yasmin said, “The DHQ Mianwali is also being upgraded. Work on all health projects is underway at a fast pace. The shortage of doctors is being addressed on priority.
