Five flights were cancelled at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on Sunday though the flight operation was resumed after the improvement in visibility at the runway as the fog lifted.
The airport was engulfed by fog early in the morning which led to the suspension of flight operation.
The five flights which were cancelled were: Flight PK-204 coming from Dubai to Lahore, flight ER-522 coming from Karachi, flight ER-525 going to Karachi from Lahore, flight PK-306 coming from Karachi to Lahore and flight PK-307 going to Karachi from Lahore.
