KP, UNDP launch digital training for IT graduates Durshal Projects would put KP on new height: Bangash

Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Science and Information Technology (S&IT), Kamran Bangash has said that the provincial government in collaboration with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has formally launched digital trainings for provision of employment to unemployed graduates to enable them to take benefit of the IT sector.
He expressed these views during meeting with Project Directors, Durshal Project from different districts here on Thursday. The special assistant said that the provision of employment to unemployed IT graduates is the vision of PTI and added that Durshal Project is an IT Board project operational in seven districts of the province, whose purpose besides giving opportunity to youth to establish their own small companies regarding technologies is also giving guidance to them for the success of their businesses.
He was of the opinion that the facilitation of people under Durshal Projects would provide maximum facilities to the citizens and will put the province on a new track. During the meeting, the Directors of Durshal Project from different districts give detailed briefing to the special assistant, who assured the removal of hurdles in the project and resolution of problems.
Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Revenue, Shakeel Ahmed Khan has said that the government is promoting livestock, industries and tourism for providing jobs to the young generation. He expressed these views while talking to a delegation in his office on Thursday.
He said the cabinet members of Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are playing effective role in solving the problems of the people and conveying the vision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to the masses.
The minister assured the delegation that the government is well aware of the problems of the people and for their redressal utilizing all the available resources. He said that when Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf came into power, the economy of the country was in a distressed state. The two political parties took debt unnecessarily for their lavish life and did not spend much on the development of the country.
The government is paying interest in millions every year due to the bad policies & corruption of the previous governments, which is affecting the masses. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan is taking unprecedented steps for stabilizing the economy of the country.
