Justice Qazi Essa case hearing adjourned till Monday

Attorney General of Pakistan on Tuesday submitted a response on Justice Qazi Faiz Essa petition against the action of the Supreme Judicial Council against him in the Supreme Court. The 10-member larger bench of SC headed by Justice Umar Atta Bandial heard the petition against Supreme Judicial Council action against Justice Qazi Faiz Essa and Justice KK Agha. Attorney general excused for submitting reply late while Muneer Malik, the counsel of Justice Qazi Faiz Essa said the reply didn’t include allegations of malignity adding that honourable judge and his family have been spied in the reference filed against him in the supreme judicial council.
