An anti-terrorism court on Monday removed terrorism clauses in the murder case of anchorperson Mureed Abbas and Khizer Hayat.
The ATC Karachi conducted the hearing in the murder case of Mureed and Khizar wherein accused Atif Zaman was presented before the court.
After completing the hearing, the ATC transferred the case to the sessions court for further proceedings.The next hearing in the case will be held on October 7 in the sessions court.
In previous hearing, the ATC had reserved a decision in the case regarding quashing terrorism-related sections from the FIR.
