An Anti-Terrorism Court on Monday confirmed the bails of 30 leaders and workers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in a case related to the violence outside National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore office during party’s Vice President Maryam Nawaz’s arrival there in August.
During the hearing on the pre-arrest bails of 30 PML-N leaders, ATC Judge Arshad Hussain confirmed their bails and ordered them to submit surety bonds of Rs0.5m each.
Prosecutor Abul Rauf Wattoo told the court that PML-N leaders have cooperated in the investigations and they have separated the application against those leaders who have not been presented so far before the investigation officer.
The leaders who granted bails include Parvaiz Malik, Shaista Parvaiz, Ali Parvaiz, Ghazali Butt, Rana Mubashar, Amjad Nazir Butt, Aga Ali Haider, Malik Mehmoodul Hassan, Sardar Muhammad Nasim, Ch Shahbaz, Ramzan Bhati, Mian Margoob, Mubashar Iqbal, Taufeeq Butt, Nawaz Chohan, Mian Abul Rauf and Amjad Nazir
