Omega Residencia reaches Faisalabad

Prime Minister Imran Khan is striving hard to put the country on the path to sustainable development and visionary measures taken for the promotion of construction sector will change destiny of the country.
Revolutionary changes can be brought into real estate by encouraging private sector, said Omega Residencia Chief Executive Officer Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar while addressing the inaugural ceremony of Omega Residencia Faisalabad.
My Sarwar said that in line with vision of PM Imran Khan, provision of cheap and affordable residences and plots is the mission of his organization.
He revealed that they have planned establishment of housing societies at five locations of Faisalabad city including Sargodha Bypass Road, Millat Road, Sheikhupura Road, Sityana Road, Samundri Road and Jaranwala Road.
He claimed that for first time in the history of Faisalabad, land has been purchased with billions of rupees and got registered with the Faisalabad Development Authority, adding that now residential plots, measuring 272 square feet, have been sold on easy 7 years installments.
“After taking possession of plot, if the owner does not have money to build home, the company will build house in six months and get back the outstanding amount in two years without any interest”, he revealed.
Ch Sarwar claimed that the establishment of luxury but cheap society at prime location of Faisalabad aims at lift living standards of the public, adding that Omega Residencia has made come true dreams of those who have dreams of luxury residence by offering international standard housing society on easy installments. A large number of notables from all walks of life including showbiz, real estate figures and investors attended the inaugural ceremony of Omega Residencia in Faisalabad.
On the occasion, Omega Residencia Director Shahid Sharif informed that 3 marla plot is being offered on a monthly installment of Rs6,500 with only 20 percent down payment. He said that plots allotment will be made after balloting in a transparent manner.
Director Corporate Affairs Imran Bhatti said that names and addresses of designated property dealers will be published in newspapers for convenience of the general public, adding that development work at the housing society is underway at brisk pace. He said that suitable land is being surveyed for the establishment of Omega Residencia in other cities as well.
