Advises nation to be vigilant of Nawaz, Imran
Demanding early merger of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Co Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and former President Asif Ali Zardari Tuesday said the ruling party was not interested in doing so.
Addressing the PPP workers convention in Peshawar the former president vowed that PPP party if voted to power will merge the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. “It is very important to merge the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa without further delay, “PPP made several laws for Fata in its tenure and now it would be a last push for Fata”, he added.
Accusing the former Prime Miner Mian Nawaz Shari and his Party Pakistan Muslim league of the rampant corruption, Zardari said Mian Sahib and his party was involved in massive corruption and destroyed the national institutions for their personal gains. “Mian Sahib would have sold the country by now if it was up to him”. The former President who himself faced corruption charges and mega scandals, maintained.
He ridiculed PML N Supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif for repeatedly asking people as to why he was ousted. “ If he thinks his ouster was a wrong decision then he should have stayed put. Why did he vacate Prime Minister’s Office.
Asif Zardari said Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan was not to be blamed or credited for the ex-premier’s ouster, he was just an innocent cricketer. He however, asked the countrymen to “remain vigilant of the people like Mian Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan.
The former president claimed that PPP has always created employment opportunities for the masses adding that creating employment has always been the People Party’s identity and he would end the unemployment in the country after coming to power.
