World should take serious notice of Indian state terror

Srinagar—In occupied Kashmir, the illegally detained General Secretary of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC), Shabbir Ahmad Shah has urged the world community to take serious notice of Indian state terrorism and hold it accountable for its misdeeds in the region.
Shabbir Ahmad Shah in a statement issued in Srinagar said if anyone wants to see Indian terrorism, he/she should visit Kashmir and witness the atrocities of Indian occupational forces on the unarmed people. “Those visiting Kashmir would see only graveyards and the terrorism of Indian occupational forces,” he added.
He said during last few weeks, India perpetrated the worst kind of human rights violations in occupied Kashmir wherein it killed about 100 innocent and blinded more than 300. “And India to save itself from accountability desperately wanted to divert the world community’s attention from Kashmir and as such fabricated the story of so-called surgical strikes in a bollywood way,” he said.
He said India should behave itself and not provoke Pakistan for war which would result in nuclear confrontation. He said, no one wins in war but India wants to keep Pakistan entangled in such provocations to stop it from extending political, diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmiris’ freedom struggle.
Holding world leadership responsible for political instability in the region, Shabbir Ahmad Shah said that settlement of the Kashmir dispute was the responsibility of the world community.—KMS
