Work on renovation of main roads, exit points begins

Karachi—The civil administration of district Malir has started repair and carpeting of the much-dilapidated avenues and arteries in the district especially that are connecting the National Highway.
This initiative of improvements in on the surface infrastructure in Malir has been taken by the district Malir deputy commissioner (DC) Syed Muhammad Ali Shah.
He said that the renovation and repairing work of main roads and exit points of Malir is pivotal for the smooth movement of the traffic especially the goods transporting land cargo service from ports upto the cities across Pakistan.
This he said while addressing the residents of Malir in a program that was hosted to appreciate his services to the people of Malir as the DC. The Sayeban Welfare International, a local NGO had arranged for the programme.
The DC Malir assured the residents of Malir that the endeavours for the improvement and betterment of district Malir would be geared up and the quality of services would never be compromised
He said that pace of constructive and progressive works plays a key role in alleviating public grievances and is unavoidable for onward economic gains for which basic road infrastructure is of pivotal importance.
