We have to win war in fields of economy, education and health: Shahbaz

Lahore—Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan has to win the war in the fields of economy, industry, agriculture, education and health and countr’s future is bright in every sector.
He expressed these views while addressing ceremony of laptop distribution, under Prime Minister’s National Programme, among the students at Information Technology University campus at Arfa Karim Software Technology Park, here on Saturday.
He said that young generation is a guarantee to bright future of Pakistan and the students equipped with modern knowledge will make the country Pakistan of Quaid and Iqbal. Pakistan will achieve its lost status in the comity of nations, he added. He said that education is only source of achieving targets and rapid development, therefore, full attention is being paid to the promotion of quality education and improvement of education sector.
Pakistan’s future is linked to information technology science and research, innovation and uniqueness and a solid strategy has been adopted for the promotion of modern technology, he added. The Chief Minister said that Information Technology University is playing an important role regarding equipping the students with modern education. He said that Punjab government will provide all out cooperation along with funding to this university. He said that a vast land of piece of 184 acres of billions of rupees at Barki Road has been given for Information Technology University.
Under Endowment Fund, he announced to provide 50 crore more rupees for the university through which deserving and talented students will get modern education.
