Water shortage perturbs residents

Rawalpindi—The residents of Poonch House Complex are facing acute water shortage as the electric pump is out of order. The residents complained that administration has failed to provide potable water. Zulfiqar Baig a resident talking to APP said water is not available in the Complex for the last two days.
He said we cannot afford to get water from tankers as it was too costly. Another resident Abdul Aziz said water is a basic necessity of life and it is difficult to manage household affairs without water. The residents urged the concerned to take steps to ensure regular supply of water, otherwise we would a launch protest against the administration.—APP
