A five-day Visual Art Exhibition is in full swing at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), highlighting the artworks of famous artists of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The exhibition titled “Visual Art & Colours of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” has been organised by PNCA in collaboration with Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP).
Over 200 paintings of the 35 renowned artists from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been put on display to bring the hidden talent of visual art to limelight at national and international level.
Such exhibitions would also be arranged at Lahore, Karachi and elsewhere to introduce artists of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and their artworks.
The artworks displayed at National Art Gallery, Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) include 74 paintings on the life of Buddha sketched by Irshad Zamil besides other paintings of senior and junior artists.
