Two held for supplying drugs in educational institutions

Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of Islamabad Police has arrested two drug peddlers and recovered narcotics from them, a police spokesman said.
He said that a team of SIU headed by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Muhammad Ashraf Shah arrested Waris Masih and Ashfaq for allegedly supplying heroin and hashish in educational institutions.
He said that a total of 1010 gram hashish and 120 gram heroin was also recovered from them.
SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials to remain vigilant in their respective areas and ensure arrest of those involved in ugly business of drug pushing
SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has said that such elements would not to be tolerated anywhere and appealed to citizens to inform social media cell of Islamabad police in case of any such activity s around them . He said name of informer would be kept secret.—APP
