The interest and passion of the ‘Head’ and attitude of the ‘Trainer’ plays a key role in raising quality of training of any training institute. These views were expressed by Executive Director, NAVTTC, Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema during his address to Principals and Head of the Institutes of 170 technical and vocational institutes of North Punjab at Lahore. These institutes are engaged in providing technical and vocational training to 50,000 trainees under Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program Phase IV with NAVTTC.
Zulfiqar Cheema said that training environment and positive and healthy activates contributes a lot in the personality development of the students. He directed the head of institutes to pay attention towards personality and career growth of the under training students. He emphasized on development of good working relations with the industry so that trainees can easily get on job training after completion of 05 months of practical training in their institutes.
