Third IEEE engineering congress held at IUB

The third episode of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Bahawalpur subsection students, young professionals, women in Engineering Congress 2019 (BSSYWC’19) was held at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
This was the grand event of South Punjab held under patronship of Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof Dr Aamir Ijaz and Dean Faculty of Engineering Engr Prof Dr Muhammad Amjad. According to the spokesman of the university Shahzad Ahmad, the two-day congress was attended by students and faculty delegations from more than ten engineering and computer science institutes of Southern Punjab including Bahuddin Zakariya University Multan, NFC IET Multan, Air University Multan, MNS UET Multan, KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan, PIET Multan, ISP Multan, MNS Agriculture University Multan.
The top researchers, scientists, distinguished speakers, experts from industries, faculty members from different universities, and IEEE senior volunteers came from all across Pakistan to attend the event. The major agenda of the event was to provide a platform to the students to meet the researchers, industrial experts, entrepreneurs, young professionals, women engineers, and fellow students to discuss the advancements in their respective fields.
