TEVTA to send skilled manpower to UAE and Malaysia

Lahore—Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVTA) will send 200 skilled manpower at U.A.E. and Malaysia during Ramzan-ul-Mubarak.
Visas and appointment letters have been issued. At present, 27 trained youth of TEVTA Institutes is being sent after getting their visas as a pilot project.
It was stated by Chairperson TEVTA Irfan Qaiser Sheikh while talking on the occasion of visa distribution ceremony for newly recruited TEVTA graduates in UAE, Malaysia here yesterday (Tuesday) at TEVTA Secretariat.
Chief Operating Officer Jawad Ahmed Qureshi, TEVTA Officers and TEVTA trained manpower were also present on this occasion.
Irfan Qaiser Sheikh said that remaining 123 TEVTA candidates will be sent soon after getting their visas.
Al-Ghurair Company U.A.E. and ACOR Manpower Resources for a project of Petronas Malaysia are providing jobs to TEVTA graduates in Fitter, Aluminum fabricator and construction sector.
Chairperson TEVTA further said that this manpower will be given Rs. 45,000 p.m. salary. Many other organizations of U.A.E., Qatar, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia are also contacting TEVTA to get the services of trained youth but negotiations are continued to provide them handsome salary package.
This coordination will be beneficial in providing jobs to TEVTA Graduates so that they will prove their abilities in foreign countries.
