Terrorism to be eliminated from Karachi: Kamran

Karachi—Federal Minister for Human Rights, Senator Kamran Michael, has said that terrorism will be eliminated from Karachi and elsewhere.
Addressing the Minorities Peace and Prayer Festival at Jinnah Park Ground here, he said people from all the religions sacrificed their lives for the freedom of Pakistan and now this is our duty to work together for peace and prosperity of the country.
A large number of people from all religions participated in the festival. Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and leaders of other religions prayed for the sovereignty and peace of the country. He said that PML-N government has embarked upon the plan to eliminate terrorism from all over the country, especially Karachi. “We all stand with the Pakistan Army in the war against terrorism,” he added. Senator Mushahidullah Khan also addressed the festival and said that people from all religions are free to perform their religious duties and prayers in Pakistan.—APP
