The management of University of Sindh has decided to conduct the postponed LL.B Part-I, II and III papers from May 24 to May 27, 2017 issuing new schedule for remaining papers of ongoing examinations 2016 following the assurance accorded by the Principals of the affiliated Law Colleges to prevent use of unfair means at all costs.
The decision has been made on Monday at a meeting chaired by the Registrar Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleem Chandio and attended by Controller of Annual Examinations Ghulam Murtaza Siyal, SU Dean Faculty of Law Advocate Jhamat Jethanand, Principal of Makhdoom Muhammad Zaman Talib-ul-Moula Government Law College Hala Qurban Ali Bhutto, Principal of Jinnah Law College S.M. Nasir, Principal of Mirpurkhas Law College Aftab Ahmed, Principal Government Sindh Law College Hyderabad Nisar Ahmed Durrani and Principal Quaid-i-Azam Law College Nawabshah Jameel Ahmed.
The meeting decided to take the postponed papers from May 24 to May 27, 2017 and to conduct LL.B. Part-II papers on May 28, Part-I and III on May 29 and the remaining papers of Part-II on May 30. The meeting resolved to adopt stringent measures against all unfair means and practice of impersonation. In case of any foul play strict action including cancellation of all the papers will be taken.
The meeting also made it mandatory for all College Principals to provide the lists of fresh and failure candidates to the Registrar office forthwith. The meeting decided that the Principals of the concerned colleges will be a part of the vigilance teams of the varsity.—APP
