National Institute of Diabetes & Endocrinology, Dow University of Health Sciences organized a Seminar titled “Value of Wellbeing and Goal Setting in a Professional’s Life” Thursday at Ojha Campus of Dow University Hospital. Renowned writer Mr. Qasim Ali Shah was as guest speaker in the seminar. Vice Chancellor Prof, Mohammad Saeed Quraishy, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Khawar Saeed Jamali, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Mohammad Masroor, Director NIDE Prof. Akhar Baloch and other senior faculty members and students attended seminar.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Qasim Shah informed that he has given 1400 lectures to doctors on this topic. Most of the doctors do not have knowledge about any other thing accept his profession. He was of the view that we have time for everything in life except our own self. We have got much success in our life while we are still unhappy and trying to get it. There are many people in the world, which always worries about future and all the time thinking for it. Furthermore he said, if you need to identify problems of others peoples of the society, you would be great full and your behaviour would be your gratitude. You have to love peoples surrounded to you, forgive their mistakes, learn knowledge about rather than your profession and help other in terms of professional.
