SC adjourns agro farm houses case

The Supreme Court Thursday directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to submit copies of its report regarding Agro Farm Houses in Islamabad to all respondents in the case and adjourned hearing of suo moto notice for three weeks.
A division bench of the court comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah heard the suo moto notice case. At the outset of hearing, the court was informed that advocate Hamid Khan counsel for one of party had pleaded the court for adjournment as he could not appear before the court.—APP
