Federal Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Madam Saira Afzal Tarar has said that hardworking and brilliant students not only proudable for their parents and teachers but also for the whole district. She was addressing a ceremony held in honour of a student of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Jalalpur Bhattian, Abu-Bakar third position holder to secure 902 marks in FA examination from BISE Gujranwala. Deputy Commissioner, Allah Ditta Waraich, Chief Executive Officer District Education authority, Iftikhar Nawaz Virk, DEO (SE) Muhammad Arshad, Muhammad Bux Tarar, Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School, Jalapur Bhattian, Qazi Ishfaque Ahmad, teachers and other people attended the ceremony.
Madam Saira Afzal Tarar said that to get third position in examination by a student belongs to less resource family was obvious prove that hardworking people gets reward of their struggle defiantly. She said that it was laudable that performance of government schools was improved in great extant and first position of education department Hafizabad in ranking of 36 districts of the Punjab was a hnour for officers and teachers while to maintain this position was a challenge. She expressed her hope that district administration and officers and teachers would continue their struggle for maintaining ranking of the district Hafizabad at Punjab level. She said that students were assets and builder of brighten future of our country and it was our duty and right of students to encourage them for showing good results. She gave away cash award of Rs.10000 to Abu-Bakar and congratulated the Principal Government Higher Secondary School Jalalpur Bhattian, Qazi Ishfaq Ahmad to get third position in the BISE Gujranwala.
