Rs2.5b package for uplift of Mirpurkhas

Mirpurkhas—The district administration Mirpurkhas has submitted a summary to Sindh chief minister for sanctioning Rs. 2.5 billion development package for Mirpurkhas city to carry out much needed development, repair and beautification works in the city.
Deputy commissioner Mirpurkhas, Syed Mehdi Ali Shah, informed delegation of Mirpurkhas Chamber of Commerce and Industry which called on him here on Wednesday. President of the chamber Ahmed Saeed Qaimkhani, Vice president Mir Zaman Khan, chairmen standing committees of the chamber Azhar Karim Jilani, Azam Baig and other members were present at the meeting.
The DC further said that a committee comprised of representatives of bussiness and trade communities as well as district officials would be formed for resolving the issues of the city and for welfare of the city.
The DC, on request of the delegation, assured that concerned officials would be directed for inclusion of president.—APP
