Rs 59m allocated to introduce Hospital Management, Information System

Karachi—A sum of Rs 59.9 million has been allocated to introduce Hospital Management & Information System for Sindh Government Hospital, New Karachi.
This was stated by the Special Assistant to Chief Minister for Information Technology, Dr. Sikandar Shoro, on Sunday. He pointed out that to provide the most effective and efficient health care services to the community the Government of Sindh has allocated Rs. 59.9 million to introduce Hospital Management & Information System (HMIS) for Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi (SGHNK).
Dr. Sikandar Shoro further stated that the aim of the project is to develop a state-of-the-art, and economical IT foundation for Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi to serve the care and cure need of a number of patients of Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi. He was informed about the capability of HMIS that it will Provides integration & connectivity among all patient.—APP
