Robbers loot grocery shop

Rawalpindi—Unidentified robbers broke the locks of a grocery shop and looted cash and goods worth Rs 622,875 in Harley street here on Monday, informed police spokesman.
The manager of grocery shop filed a complaint with R A Bazaar police.
On the other hand, auto-thieves gang lifted a car from Westridge while two motorcycles (RIR-2749 and RLC-4437) were stolen from limits of Sadiqabad and Cantt Police stations.
Cases have been registered against the vehicle lifters and further investigation was under way. Meanwhile, the City police arrested 12 lawbreakers and recovered weapons, drugs and liquor from their possession.—APP
