Road safety awareness drive launched

Karachi—A road safety awareness drive Saturday was launched here by the faculty and students of the Greenwich University.
The students of department of Media Studies Greenwich Universityalong with their course incharge Ms. Tahira Tariq organized Road Safety Awareness Campaign at McDonald’s Sea View in collaboration with Traffic Police.
During the campaign, a large number of students with traffic awareness posters and banners informed general public and motorist about road safety.
Ms. Tahira Tariq said that the objective of this campaign was to create awareness in youth and general public to follow traffic rules in order to avoid traffic accidents and loss of precious lives.
SSP Traffic South Zeeshan Siddiqui, DSP Traffic Admin Arshad Siddiqui, DSP Traffic Clifton Tahir Khan and Muhammad Idrees staff officer to DIG Traffic Police Karachi and other senior officers of Traffic Police joined the campaign.
