Rampant bribery

Abeer Hussain

There is no doubt that rampant bribery culture throws economic development into chaos. It affects people and degrades the integrity of those in power and discourage foreign in investment.
Bribery culture destroys good values and justice. Wherever the bribery culture is at rise, justice is minimum. When we talk about bribery, then usually we defend our actions and become judges for others. Those who demand bribes, is a slur to the nation and society. But the question is how we can eliminate it? Wherever youth decides to eliminate some negative practice, they really do that. It’s important and worthy that youth should come forward to say “No” to bribery for jobs, for admissions or for any unjust benefit. It’s our collective responsibility to fight against bribery and corruption.
