Rain expected in city

Rain-thundershower with gusty winds/duststorm is expected in Punjab including provincial capital during next 24 hours. The maximum temperature in provincial capital on Wednesday was recorded as 30 degree celsius.
According to met office, rain-thundershower with gusty winds/duststorm is expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, D.G Khan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Multan and Bahawalpur. Heavy fall is also expected at a few places in Gujranwala, and Kashmir.
According to synoptic situation, seasonal low lies over northwest Balochistan. Strong monsoon currents are continuously penetrating upper parts of the country. A westerly wave is also affecting upper parts of the country.
However, rain-thundershower (with isolated heavy falls) accompanied by gusty winds occurred at scattered places in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and Kashmir, while rain-thundershower at isolated places in Gujranwala divisions and Gilgit Baltistan.
