Quranic education

Lahore—Quranic education, including Nazira and translation of the Holy Quran, has been made compulsory at schools and colleges of the Pakistan Railways. According to a notification on Wednesday, the decision has been taken under a new policy of the federal ministry of education.
It was decided after a meeting between officials of the federal education ministry and PR Director General Education Professor Dr Farhan Ibadat Yaar Khan.—APP
