Police netted 21 lawbreakers

Rawalpindi—Rawalpindi Police in its crackdowns against anti-social elements have netted 21 lawbreakers and recovered 460 grams charras, 45 liter wine, five pistols 30 bore with 17 rounds and LPG refilling equipment from the possession of the accused.
According to police, Pirwadhai police held Sultan Khan for having 20 liter wine. Civil Line police arrested Tariq and recovered eight liter wine. Taxila police nabbed Muhammad Asad for possessing nine liter wine. Saddar Wah police also recovered three liter wine from Numan Nawaz. Similarly, Kotli Sattian police apprehended Amir with five liter wine.
Saddar Wah police rounded up an accused and recovered stolen gold ornaments. Airport police netted Kamal Ahmed who was allegedly running an illegal LPG agency while Taxila police arrested Muhammad Sajid and Naqash who were owners of an illegal petrol agency.
Other accused were sent behind the bars for possessing drugs, liquor and weapons.—APP
