Police arrest inter provincial gang

Police have attested two inter provincial gangs of dacoits and recovered cash, cell phones and fire arms from their possession. DPO Attock Hasan Asad Alvi said this while talking to newsmen in his office. He said, in first attempt police arrested Amjad Khan resident of Nowshera, Muhammad Nawaz resident of Sargodha, Abdul Majeed and Shah
Alam, resident of Bajawar while their two accomplices Gul Meer and Sardar Hussain r/o Peshawar are still at large and will be arrested soon. DPO informed that this gang on 13/7/2018 snatched Rs 2.8 million, 08-cell phones, a 12 bore rifle, a pistol at gun point from a petrol station and escaped from the scene.
He further said that the owner of the petrol station Haji Niaz Ameen informed Police about the incident and taking prompt action an investigation team was constituted. He said the team arrested four members of the group and recovered four pistols, 22 rounds and four mobiles. In another attempt, police arrested Salman Khan r/o Charsada and Inayat Ullah resident of Peshawar and recovered Rs. 450000, a cell phone, Rs 30000 and a bike.
