PML-F called for action against corrupt elements

Hyderabad—The Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) has called for an indiscriminate action against the corrupt elements to save the country from the termite of corruption.
Addressing a press conference in Tando Jam here, the PML-F’s Vice President Pirzada Yasir Rashdi said that drive against corruption was essential to end the menace of corruption.
Rashdi gave reference of a recent Sindh High Court hearing in which it was pointed out that corruption was done in the utilization of Rs 90 billion development funds in Larkana district alone.
He accused the Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) government in Sindh for failing to deliver to people of the province during over last eight years of its governance.
“The education, health, roads and infrastructure, every sector seems to be in a bad condition,” he said. The PML-F leader also demanded legal action against the politicians who incite the people of the country to speak or act against Pakistan and its institutions. Rashdi said the construction of motorways in Sindh was part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project for which the Sindh government could not be given any credit.
On the occasion, some former workers of the PPP announced joining of the PML-F.—APP
