Islamabad—Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) would organize two-day international doctors convention, from April 2.
Senior medical professionals from country and abroad will share information about improvement in the technical and scientific equipments and the way of treatment. Over 3,000 doctors are expected to participate in this event.
Dr Abdul Aziz Zia, Chairman PIMA convention said in a statement that before the convention’s formal inauguration, workshop on ‘Ideal Islamic Hospital’ and scientific session on 10 different medical topics would be held.
Renowned medical practitioners from US, Malaysia, Jordan and some other countries would participate in these seminars and workshops.
He further said that senior PIMA members Prof Dr Hafeez ur Rehman and Dr Mubeen Akhtar would be awarded lifetime achievement awards on their services for deserving humanity around the globe. In the convention, PIMA guidelines related to pharma would also be issued.
