PEIRA to take steps for quality education, students welfare

Chairman of Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority Hasnat Qureishi has said that all necessary steps for the promotion of quality education in private schools and students welfare would be taken soon. He expressed these views in a meeting with the President of Private Schools Educational Society Hafiz Basharat and others members of the society.
Hasnat Qureishi assured that strict action would be taken against all institutions and persons who would be found involved in looting money from the parents in the name of funds, and warned principals of all schools, to be careful about fake rules as well as institutions.
He further advised all schools’ principals to remain in contact with Private Educational Institution Regulatory Authority. Talking to media persons, President of Private Schools Educational Society Hafiz Basharat welcomed the assurance of Hasnat Qureishi regarding private schools.
He further stated that he would support the committee to make amendments in private educational institutions regulatory authority rules for the betterment of education system and will present a charter of demands to Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Committee.
Vice president of private schools educational society Chaudhary Arshad, General Secretary Malik Yousaf, Joint Secretary Amjad Arain, Ibrar Hussain, and others schools principals were also present at the occasion.
