Park Enclave allottees to get allotment letters this week

Islamabad—Allotment letters to the successful allottees of Park Enclave-II would be issued during this week as Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board has formally approved the balloting of residential plots. According to an official of the CDA, it has also been decided that lists would be forwarded to banks concerned without any delay, so that dues deposited could be refunded to unsuccessful applicants.
According to a handout of the CDA issued here on Tuesday fair and transparent balloting for allotment of 300 residential plots in Park Enclave-II, was conducted on February 9, 2016 at Pak-China Friendship Centre in the presence of large number of applicants, media persons and people from different walks of life, and whole procedure was supervised by a high level committee.
Park Enclave-II is an extension of CDA’s prime Park Enclave Housing Project, where CDA has already completed development work within the given time frame.
The contract for the development of Park Enclave which included development of road infrastructure, sewerage system, water tanks, boundary wall, main gate and other allied development activities. Through superior monitoring and effective planning the development work in the project has now been completed and steps are being taken to hand over possession of plots in this scheme. Commitment of CDA towards deliverance of services on time was one of the reasons which compelled people not only from all over the country but overseas in large number submitted their applications to get plots in the extension of Park Enclave.
Chairman CDA, Maroof Afzal while chairing a meeting to monitor issuance of allotment letters said completion of development work in Park Enclave Housing project has boosted confidence of general public in the policies of CDA’s present management and it is prime reason that people from all over the country applied to get plots in Park Enclave-II.
During next few days development work would be formally launched in Park Enclave-II as well, so that allotees of Park Enclave-II too, could avail an opportunity of healthy and quality life style in the scheme having beautiful surroundings. He further said that CDA is also planning to launch more new residential ventures in Federal Capital which would help cope increasing housing requirements but would also stabilize the prices of real estate in the Federal Capital.
