Pak-China friendship car rally reaches Sukkur

Sukkur—Pakistan and China friendship car rally reached here on Thursday evening from Bhawalpur via Ghotki district. The car rally entered Sukkur city to highlight the significance of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). It comprises 20 cars with 52 people was warmly received by the Mayor of Sukkur Arslan Shaikh along with Commissioner Sukkur Muhammad Abbas Baloch and the local administration. On the occasion, a large number of people raised Pak China Dosti Zindabad slogans.
Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Awais Qadir Shah, Deputy Commissioner Sukkur Dr Waheed Asghar Bhutti and others officials greeted on the arrival of rally. They also danced to the rhythm of drumbeats. The Pak-China friendship car rally titled ‘Ningxia Car Rally’ will arrive in Larkana from Sukkur on Saturday. The rally after Larkana (Sindh) and Gwadar will go to Iran and from there to the UAE.
It is mentioned here that the rally is an initiative to celebrate the decades-long friendship between Pakistan and China and particularly the multi-billion dollars Pak-China Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.—APP
