PAF poised to face emerging internal and external challenges: Air Chief Sohail Aman


ISLAMABAD Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman has said that PAF is poised to face any of the emerging challenges whether internal or external from all directions.

He was addressing the 119th passing out parade of Combat Support Force at PAF Asghar Khan Academy Risalpur Friday morning.

“PAF is poised to confront challenges from any direction with confidence, courage and skills by the Grace Allah” Sohail Aman said.

Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman reiterated that Pakistan is a peace-loving country and will continue to play its role in ensuring peace in the region and the Middle East. He said we stand shoulder to shoulder with our brothers in the Middle East.

He said the country’s success in the war on terrorism is a testimony to the fact that the force has a firm resolve to work in synergy with other two sister forces to root out the menace of terror from the motherland and the region.

Sohail Aman said that Pakistan supports peace efforts in the world, the region and the Middle East.

Commander of the Kuwaiti Air Force, Major General Abdullah Yaqub Jasim Al-Foudari was also present at the ceremony where 12 Kuwaiti Cadets also passed out.

The Air Chief said that both Pakistan and Kuwait enjoy strong brotherly relations based on shared history, traditions, and religion.He was confident that the strong bonds of brother ties would further strengthen in the years to come and General Abdullah’s visit is a milestone in this direction.

Major General Abdullah Al-Foudari in his speech expressed desire to further augment relations with Pakistan in different fields including defense and security.

The Kuwaiti Commander said both the countries enjoy historic relations in different areas including military training.
