PA pays no attention to students

Khyber Agency—The political agent of Khyber Agency is not resolving the tribal students issues studying at various institutions in Peshawar. Students complained media on Thursday.
Kashif and Sartaj Amin of Landikotal sub-division and the students of FSc in Islamia Collage/University of Peshawar informed media men that they were visiting the Khyber House Peshawar since a long time to meet the political agent of Khyber Agency but the official was not giving them time to listen their issues.
Kashif the student of 2nd year (Pre-Engineering) said his father Khan Gul was taxi driver and he could not afford my admission fee of Rs.25000.
Sartaj Amin also criticized the political agent Khalid Mehmood for not paying them attention. He said that his family was not in the position to pay his monthly education expenses, which were Rs.8000 per month.
Romanullah Afridi, President of Khyber Students Association said that students from FATA were not stable financially and the political administration of Khyber Agency should assist them. He said FATA students in Islamia collage/University have not received their annual scholarships too which was another headache for them. He demanded the governor of KP to compensate the tribal students financially to enable them to get higher education.
The students demanded the governor of KP Iqbal Zafar Jagra and the parliamentary leader Shaji Gul Afridi to support them financially that they could become able to pay their educational dues to continue their higher education.
