Leading HR professionals gained critical insight into how to leverage technology to improve overall employee engagement and performance during an event ‘Modern HR for Modern Business’, organized by Oracle.
The impact of the millennial workforce, not just in Pakistan but also globally was discussed focusing on the need to give them the same digital experiences they are accustomed to receiving as consumers, and how to attract and retain them in today’s fiercely competitive global market.
