No compromise on customers comfort: PIA


On the subject of 750, our official response is as below: The delay was for only 30mins as the doors were closed. Aircraft was ready for pushback, however, Air Traffic Controller clearance was not received yet and the aircraft could not start its engine while it was still parked at the jetty.
However, on the matter of inconvenience caused to passengers, CEO PIA has urgently asked a detailed inquiry into this matter. Explanations are being given to the Captain in Command, Ground Handler and PIA’s Chief Operating Officer.
Zero Tolerance Policy has been adopted in PIA and there shall be no compromise on customer convenience and comfort. For PIA the safety of its passengers is a top priority.—PR
